Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product availability at any time.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you agree to Razorpay’s terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card or bank details.

Mail Club subscriptions

Mail Club plans are billed monthly until cancelled. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before the 1st of the month; changes apply to the next box.

Intellectual property

All illustrations, designs, text and branding on this site are the property of Meona and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
